I started Customer Value Proposition (CVP) Marketing after 15 years of leading product marketing and go-to-market strategies for B2B and B2C organizations in a wide variety of industries including SaaS, aviation, life sciences, fintech, HR, and political technology. My biggest takeaway in that time is one universal truth: businesses that listen and respond to their customers discover valuable insights, which lead to more effective marketing programs and sales results.
Uncovering honest customer feedback can be difficult to do well and consistently. My experience in market research and customer value propositions enables me to successfully guide businesses through this challenge.
